Our Kangema office is on the first floor of the Catholic Church Building on Kangema Road, in Door A/B. It is where the firm began, and it serves Kangema town and the surrounding villages, as well as clients from elsewhere in Murang'a County who would rather speak to an advocate near home than travel to Nairobi. The office is led by Counsel Kamuri Gachoki.
People visit this office about the matters that matter most to families and small businesses in the area: buying, selling or inheriting land and checking that a title is genuine, writing a will or arranging a succession, problems at work, business contracts, debts, family disputes and criminal charges. Because Kamuri is a Certified Professional Mediator and Conciliator, many disagreements between relatives, neighbours and business partners can be settled around a table, without the cost and delay of a long court case.
You do not need to visit before you ask for help. You can call 0722 148 016 or 0790 893 667, send a WhatsApp message, or use the enquiry form, and the first conversation can often be held by phone. When a matter needs documents to be signed or identity to be verified, you can come in during opening hours, which are Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The office is closed on Sunday. Please bring your national identity card and any documents about your matter, such as title deeds, sale agreements, receipts, letters or court papers.
If your case needs to be filed or followed up in Nairobi, we can coordinate with our Nairobi office, so you are served by one firm in both places.
