Our Nairobi office: Development House, 4th Floor, Suite 411, Moi Avenue, Nairobi

Our Nairobi office is on the fourth floor of Development House on Moi Avenue, in Suite 411, in the city centre. It is led by Counsel Simon Kahiga and handles matters that need an advocate in Nairobi, where the High Court, the specialist courts and tribunals, the land registry and many national government offices and regulators are based. The postal address is 00200, Nairobi.

Clients come to the Nairobi office from the city and from other parts of the country. They include individuals and families with property, employment, family, succession or criminal matters, landlords and tenants, entrepreneurs and companies needing contracts, advice or debt recovery, and people from Kangema and Murang'a whose cases must be filed or heard in Nairobi. Simon is a Certified Professional Mediator and Conciliator, so he can often help parties reach a settlement quickly, which is valuable when time and cost matter.

To arrange a meeting, call 0725 953 485, message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry through the website. Initial consultations and follow-ups can be held by phone or online, so you do not need to travel into town for every step. When you do come in, the office is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and closed on Sunday. Please bring your national identity card and any documents relating to your matter.

If you are based in or near Kangema, our Kangema office can meet you in person and work with the Nairobi office on any step that needs to take place in the city.
